Powerful
images and design contributed to the success of each project
pictured above. If we want people to take the message of biblical
equality seriously—whether it comes to them through a brochure,
magazine, or webpage—our products must be professional and
eye-catching. Nearly everything CBE produces needs a compelling
design; however, only a few of our computers have graphic design
software.
CBE needs
four copies of both Adobe Creative Suite 5 and Adobe Premier
Elements, and ten licenses for Raxco Disk Defragmenter 11. This
software will cost about $2500.
Make a generous donation today and spread biblical
equality through high-quality design!

Guide to CBE Success Stories
1. This past spring,
CBE’s journal
Priscilla Papers won two awards from the Evangelical Press
Association (EPA): John Jefferson Davis' article "First
Timothy 2:12, the Ordination of Women, and Paul's Use of
Creation Narratives" earned first place in biblical
exposition, while Hubert Edgar Hix's "I
Have Known Enough Saints" placed second in poetry.
The EPA is the largest professional organization for
Christian periodical publishing in the world.
2. In spring of 2009, CBE
published an issue of Mutuality
entitled “Pornography in the Church” that struck such a need,
CBE had to order a reprint.
3. CBE’s
2010 annual
conference in Australia, a particularly difficult place for
egalitarians, garnered more than 250 attendees.
4.CBE published
Still Side
by Side in 2009, and sold over 750 copies in the first year after
printing.
5. For the
first time ever, CBE is hosting a
one-day conference to take place
in September.
